It is a sensor bar with Bluetooth powered by USB. I bought the Mayflash DolphinBar when it released a few years ago and finally took it out of the box for this occasion. I then set Dolphin to mount this new file. I mounted the virtual drive in Windows and copied all data from my real Wii SD card into the virtual drive. I used a program to create a 2GB RAW file.

The only thing I found wrong so far was the date being set to March 2023, which I corrected using the Wii system menu.ĭolphin creates and mounts disk images with the “RAW” extension to emulate SD cards. I backed up my NAND a few years ago using homebrew software and have now restored it to Dolphin. This includes the operating system, Wii channels, saves, WiiWare games. The Dolphin emulator can import a 'NAND' from a real Wii, which is a perfect copy of all data on a console. Emulating games are nice, but I want emulation to include the whole damn show. This is why you need to let go of your physical products instead of relying on them. This is my ideal end goal for my old consoles.
